Essential Blend is built by one person, and every message is read and answered by that person. If something is broken, confusing, or missing, please get in touch, it genuinely shapes what gets built next.
We usually reply within two business days. Writing from Europe, so replies may land overnight if you’re further west.
If you’re reporting something that went wrong, these three details usually save a round-trip:
You can also send a report from inside the app, which attaches your app version and platform automatically: Settings → Report a bug or idea.
Open Settings → My subscription and tap Restore purchases. This re-checks your purchase with the App Store and is also what to use after reinstalling the app or moving to a new device. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If it still doesn’t appear, email us and mention the Apple Account email you purchased with.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Go to Settings → My subscription → Manage my subscription, which opens the App Store subscription page for your account. You can also reach it in iOS Settings by tapping your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Quite a lot. You can build blends with the full library of essential and carrier oils, read every ingredient’s details and cautions, use the dilution guidance, save up to three recipes, and export a blend as an image. Pro lifts the recipe limit and adds the ingredient filter tool, unlimited Favorites / Owned / To-buy lists, sharing recipes by link, and expiration-date tracking. Pro is an annual subscription with a 7-day free trial; the price is shown in your local currency before you confirm.
Codes are sent immediately, so if one hasn’t appeared within a couple of minutes it’s almost always in the spam or junk folder, check there first, and add eoblend.com to your safe senders if you find it. You can request a new code from the same screen. If nothing arrives at all, the address may have a typo: go back and check it, or email us and we’ll sort it out.
Yes. Your recipes and oil collection are saved to your account, so signing back in on a fresh install, or on a new device, brings everything back. A Pro subscription is tied to your Apple Account rather than to the app, so it can be restored from Settings → My subscription → Restore purchases.
Yes. Essential Blend is fully available in English and French, including every ingredient in the library. It follows your device language by default, and you can override it in Settings.
From inside the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account along with your saved recipes and oil collection. If you’d rather delete only part of your data, or you can no longer sign in, use the Delete Your Data page. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, cancel that separately in the App Store, as described above.
Ideas are welcome and there’s no wrong way to send one. Use Settings → Report a bug or idea in the app, or just email us. Telling us what you were trying to do is more useful than proposing a specific button, it often turns out there’s a better fix than the one either of us first thought of.
