Email us in English or French
Tell us your device, iOS version, app account email, and what happened. Never send your password or a verification code. You can also report a bug or idea from Settings in the app.
Before you start
Do I need Pro to create and save recipes?
No. A free account lets you save 3 recipes and keep 3 ingredients in each of your Favorites, Owned, and To-buy lists. The full library, calculations, and image export are included.
What happens if I stop subscribing?
When Pro ends, Free limits apply again. Your saved recipes and collection entries are retained; only 3 entries per ingredient list remain active on Free. You need Pro to add recipes beyond the free limit and to use Pro tools.
Can I use the app in French?
Yes. The app and ingredient library are available in English and French. Choose your language in the app’s Settings.
How do I cancel the trial or subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Essential Blend. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or subscription period ends to avoid the next charge.
How do I restore Pro?
In the app, open Settings → My subscription → Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that purchased Pro. If access is still missing, email us with your app account address and a description of the issue.
Where is my sign-in or password-reset code?
Check your spam folder and the spelling of your email address, then request a new code. If nothing arrives, contact us at dev@eoblend.com.
Will I find my recipes after reinstalling?
Sign in to the same Essential Blend account to retrieve your synced recipes and collection. Restore Pro separately through Settings → My subscription → Restore purchases.
Someone sent me a recipe. How do I open it?
Open the original link on your iPhone. If Essential Blend is not installed, install it from the App Store, then return to the link. You can also use the “Open in Essential Blend” button on the shared-recipe page.
Expiration reminders
Record ingredient expiration dates. When notifications are enabled, reminders are scheduled for the morning after the date you enter. These dates and reminders do not establish freshness or safety.
Delete your account or data
In the app, open Settings → Delete account to permanently remove your account, recipes, and oil collection. To request deletion of specific data, or if you cannot sign in, email dev@eoblend.com from your account address and explain what you want removed. Cancel any subscription separately in your Apple settings.
